EVERYTHING about this number is perfect. Talk about bitches...

If you're going to make a musical about campy coked out pimps and hos circa 1990 (???) then this is the way to do it. It's the campiest belt fest EVER. I could say this was my first glimpse at camp- back in 1997, this was the first year Rosie O'Donnell hosted the Tonys and they were AMAZING. This number was played over and over on my VCR, though I'd lost much of the rest of the tape when I recorded over it accidentally for a Mary Catherine Gallagher/Aerosmith SNL sketch.

UMich kids are campy. Here's a RICH example. This is a number from the dance workshop choreographed and performed by a campy group of freshman girls. It's chock full of lady-like hip gyrations and non-stop beveling. I actually love it! A+ ladies!

Thanks Nina for sending this. The combination of Rosie and Jennifer Holiday AND those striped cell block tango gobos scattered on the floor got me wet. The straight up belting is great, but just wait for the ending. Like, is she serious!? What a BITCH!
So I've been lazy in posting as I've been living in a HUGE loft downtown for the past few days, but I've got some good stuff coming your way over the next few days, including this little video that I'm sure you've at least heard about...
Anything Meredith Viera does is hilarious, as far as I'm concerned. What a rich BITCH!

My friend Richard sent me this amazing treat from the Romanian pop stars, the Cheeky Girls. The first video is their audition (for an early American Idol type show) and the second clip is their resulting video. I'd like to give a big round of applause to the genius that decided to produce these talentless bitches. They're amazingly weird little innocent sluts. Nice work, producer.

She always was and always will be.
Take this song she did brilliantly in The Batterys Down. Then she improvs an acoustic version.
First, the original, below. Fast forward to :25 for the song.
Now, the acoustic version.

Stop doing "embedding disabled by request!" STOP! STOP! STOP!
I'm going to link it no matter what. Stop making it so hard. If your clip is campy and you don't want people to see it, don't put it online.
That being said, ENJOY. And thanks to that rich bitch RISCH for sending me this gem.
